You only need 3 ingredients:
- Milk 450 ml.
- Sugar 125 g.
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Vanillin 1 g and decoration as desired.
Cooking order:
- Warm up 450 ml. milk is not to boil and remove from heat.
- Separate the whites from the yolks of 3 chicken eggs.
- Add a spoonful of sugar to the yolks.
- Pour one scoop of warm milk into the yolks and stir.
- Add 1 g of vanilla
- Pour contents into warm milk and stir.
- Put on fire and heat while stirring until foam is formed.
- Pour 125 g of sugar into the proteins and mix.
- Put in a water bath and bring to the state as in the video.
- Remove from heat and beat with a mixer until completely thickened.
- Mix both resulting mixtures into one and beat with a mixer.
- Put in the freezer for several hours until freezing.
For taste, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate and peanuts.
