Παγωτό με γάλα, μέλι και αυγά

You only need 3 ingredients:

  • Milk 450 ml.
  • Sugar 125 g.
  • Eggs 3 pcs.
  • Vanillin 1 g and decoration as desired.

Cooking order:

  1. Warm up 450 ml. milk is not to boil and remove from heat.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks of 3 chicken eggs.
  3. Add a spoonful of sugar to the yolks.
  4. Pour one scoop of warm milk into the yolks and stir.
  5. Add 1 g of vanilla
  6. Pour contents into warm milk and stir.
  7. Put on fire and heat while stirring until foam is formed.
  8. Pour 125 g of sugar into the proteins and mix.
  9. Put in a water bath and bring to the state as in the video.
  10. Remove from heat and beat with a mixer until completely thickened.
  11. Mix both resulting mixtures into one and beat with a mixer.
  12. Put in the freezer for several hours until freezing.

For taste, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate and peanuts.
